What Vuisio covers for a certified provider
  • Timestamped attendance, exportable

Each participant's connection periods, exportable as CSV after the session.

  • Recording of the session

Triggered on the server side, kept on French infrastructure.

  • Speaking time measured from the voice

Time actually spent speaking, not time connected. Plus camera time, reactions and raised hands.

  • Attendance tracked over time

A room's history follows its successive sessions: who stopped coming, how the group is changing.

01 / THE PROBLEM

The session went well. Now prove it.

Between the video tool, the attendance spreadsheet, the drive holding the material and the evaluation form, a remote session has to be reassembled by hand. That is billable time lost, and a risk when an inspection comes.

Today

  • Attendance is signed outside the video tool.
  • Presence is retyped from a screenshot.
  • Course material lives in a separate space.
  • Recordings end up with a vendor outside Europe.
  • You pay per participant, not per trainer.

With Vuisio

  • Timestamped attendance produced by the session itself.
  • Dashboard exportable as CSV and JSON.
  • Attendance tracked from one session to the next.
  • Hosting in the EU, or on your own servers.
  • Billed per trainer, unlimited learners.
02 / A SESSION

From the invitation to the evidence file.

The same sequence as today, without the four tools around it.

  1. You open the room

One permanent link per course. Learners join from their browser, with no account and no installation.

  2. You teach

SmartSlides for the material, whiteboard for exercises, breakout rooms for workshops, polls to check understanding.

  3. You record

Recording starts on the server side. Nothing to launch on the trainer's machine, nothing to upload afterwards.

  4. You export

Participant list and conversation as CSV, the full session record as JSON. All of it produced by the meeting itself.

03 / WHAT MATTERS HERE

Three features you will not find everywhere.

SmartSlides

Your material becomes interactive, and questions asked aloud are detected while you speak. You know what caused trouble, and on which slide.

Voice anonymisation

The voice signal is transformed in real time, with no perceptible latency. Useful for role-plays, difficult feedback and sensitive audiences.

BigBlueButton-compatible API

If your courses already live in Moodle, you change the server address and the key. Your existing integrations keep working.

Recommended plan

Team, if there are several of you teaching.

Five trainers included, admin console, roles and consolidated reporting. Beyond that, €15 per additional trainer. A single trainer stays on Pro at €29.

149

per month excl. VAT, 5 hosts included, then €15 per host

04 / QUESTIONS

What training providers ask us.

Are the attendance records enough for an inspection?

Vuisio produces each participant's timestamped connection periods, their speaking time measured from the voice and their camera time, exportable as CSV and JSON. That is technical evidence of participation. Whether your file is compliant remains for your certifier to judge: we supply the data, not the certificate.

Where are session recordings kept?

On infrastructure hosted in France, with a European extension. With the Sovereign plan they stay on your own servers and we host nothing.

Do learners need an account?

No. Learners join from a browser with a link, with no account and no installation. Only trainers are billed.

Can we replace BigBlueButton without touching Moodle?

Yes. Vuisio exposes a BigBlueButton-compatible API. You change the server address and the shared secret in Moodle or Greenlight, and the rest keeps working.

How many learners per session?

The number of participants is not capped, on any plan, the free one included. It is the number of trainers that sets the price.

How long is a session's data kept?

Thirty days by default, a period set by whoever runs the server. If you need to archive your evidence for longer, export the record after each session, or choose the Sovereign plan, which lets you set the retention yourself.

Get started

Try it on a real session.

Open a room, hold your next meeting, then look at what the export gives you. That is the only test that counts.
