Business video conferencing that does not belong to someone else.

Daily meetings, steering committees, workshops. Vuisio fits into your systems and is billed by the number of hosts, not the number of employees.

  • Open source, AGPL
What changes for the IT department
  • Billed per host

Only the people who organise meetings count. Participants are unlimited.

  • Retention under control

Configurable data retention, thirty days by default.

  • Open API

Create rooms from your own tools, without going through the interface.

  • Your choice of deployment

Shared cloud, dedicated cloud, or installation on your infrastructure.

01 / THE PROBLEM

You pay for seats, not for meetings.

Most solutions bill every employee, whether they organise ten meetings a week or none. On a large headcount with few organisers, the cost gap becomes considerable.

Today

  • Pricing follows headcount, not real usage.
  • Data travels outside Europe.
  • No visibility into what the software does.
  • Integration stops at whatever the vendor planned for.
  • Leaving the contract means rebuilding everything.

With Vuisio

  • Billed per host, unlimited participants.
  • Hosting in the EU, or on your own servers.
  • Auditable code under AGPL 3.0.
  • Open API to create rooms from your own tools.
  • Real reversibility: the software stays usable without us.
02 / A SESSION

From the calendar to the room.

Without changing your teams' habits.

  1. You provision

Hosts are created from the console. Participants need no account at all: a link is enough, external guests included.

  2. Everyone invites

One permanent room link per host. External guests join with no account and no installation.

  3. Teams work

Whiteboard, screen sharing, breakout rooms for workshops, chat with files, reactions and raise hand.

  4. You measure

A dashboard per meeting, a history per room, CSV and JSON exports. Real usage, not the number of licences opened.

03 / WHAT MATTERS HERE

Three arguments for the IT department.

Cost follows usage

Twenty hosts across a headcount of three hundred is twenty licences. The other two hundred and eighty take part without being billed.

Integrable, not merely usable

Open API, BigBlueButton and Jitsi compatibility, Nextcloud integration. Your tools create the rooms, Vuisio hosts them.

Minimal hardware footprint

1 GB of RAM and 2 cores carry about ten participants when self-hosting, and 6 vCPU carry 450 to 500. A budget argument, and an argument in your environmental reporting.

Recommended plan

Team, then Sovereign when your systems require it.

Team covers five hosts, administration and reporting, at €149 per month. As soon as internal hosting or bespoke retention come into play, the Sovereign plan takes over.

149

per month excl. VAT, 5 hosts included, then €15 per host

04 / QUESTIONS

What companies ask us.

How are users counted?

Only hosts, that is, the people who create and open meetings, count towards the subscription. Participants are neither counted nor capped, whether internal or external.

Can Vuisio be connected to our corporate directory?

Not yet. Single sign-on and directory synchronisation are not available to date, and we would rather say so than let you assume otherwise. Participants need no account to join a meeting in any case.

Can we create rooms from our own tools?

Yes. Vuisio exposes an API, as well as BigBlueButton- and Jitsi-compatible APIs. Your intranet, your CRM or your scheduling tool can create rooms without going through the interface.

What happens to our installation if we stop the subscription?

The core software is under the AGPL 3.0 licence. When self-hosting, you can keep using it without us. Your recordings and documents stay exportable.

Does Vuisio replace Teams for messaging?

No, and that is not what it is for. Vuisio covers the meeting and the collaboration inside it: video, whiteboard, documents, breakout rooms, recording. Day-to-day team messaging belongs to another tool.

Get started

Try it on a real session.

Open a room, hold your next meeting, then look at what the export gives you. That is the only test that counts.
