  • Unlimited length

No cut-off after forty minutes or an hour. An assembly lasts as long as it lasts.

  • Unlimited participants

No cap, the free plan included.

  • Whiteboard and polls

Included at no extra cost, for indicative votes and workshops.

  • Nothing to install

Your members join from a browser, with no account to create.

01 / THE PROBLEM

Free tools cut you off mid-sentence.

Most free plans stop after forty minutes or cap the number of participants. A general assembly does not fit that format, and a non-profit has no budget to escape it.

Today

  • The meeting is cut off after forty minutes.
  • The number of participants is capped.
  • Members have to create an account or install software.
  • The useful features are reserved for paid plans.
  • Data ends up with a vendor outside Europe.

With Vuisio

  • No time limit, the free plan included.
  • No cap on participants.
  • A link is enough: no account, no installation.
  • Whiteboard and polls included from the start, at no extra cost.
  • Hosting in the EU, data never resold.
02 / A SESSION

Holding a general assembly remotely.

From the notice of meeting to the minutes.

  1. You open the room

A single link, sent with the notice of meeting. Your members click and arrive, whatever equipment they have.

  2. You open the session

Raise hand for the speaking order, screen sharing for the annual report and the accounts.

  3. You consult

Polls for indicative votes and chat for written questions. If committees need to meet separately, breakout rooms come with the Pro plan.

  4. You write it up

The timestamped attendance list and the shared documents stay available for drawing up the minutes.

03 / WHAT MATTERS HERE

Why free really is free.

No artificial limit

We do not cut the meeting off to push you into paying. What sets the paid plans apart is recording, analytics and administration, not a stopwatch.

No card required

Signing up asks for no means of payment. You cannot be caught by a forgotten charge at the end of a trial.

Hosted in the EU

Your members' data stays on our European infrastructure, today in France, and is never resold. That can be checked at RIPE.

Recommended plan

Starter is enough, and that is deliberate.

Unlimited length and participants, whiteboard and polls included. Move to Pro only if you need to record your sessions, analyse them, or open breakout rooms.

04 / QUESTIONS

What non-profits ask us.

Is the free plan time-limited?

No. It is free forever, with no limit on meeting length or number of participants. No card is asked for at sign-up.

How many members can connect?

There is no cap. The number of participants is unlimited on every plan, the free one included.

Do our members have to create an account?

No. They join the meeting from a link, in their browser, with no account and no installation. Only the person who opens the room needs an account.

Can we hold a vote during the assembly?

The polls in the quiz module allow consultations and indicative votes, with results displayed. For a statutory vote with legal standing, a dedicated electronic voting tool is still required.

What does it take to move to a paid plan?

Nothing obliges you to. Pro, at €29 per host per month, adds session recording, participation analytics and history. Useful if you have to archive your assemblies.

Get started

Try it on a real session.

Open a room, hold your next meeting, then look at what the export gives you. That is the only test that counts.
